Yes, NexVault uses military-grade 256-bit AES encryption to protect your assets. We employ a non-custodial architecture, meaning you maintain full control of your private keys. We never have access to your funds or seed phrases.
NexVault supports a wide range of cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), BNB, USDT, USDC, and many more. We continuously add support for new tokens and blockchains.
You can import an existing wallet using your 12 or 24-word seed phrase. Go to Dashboard > Wallets > Import Wallet, verify the security checkpoints, and enter your seed phrase. Your wallet will be securely imported.
Creating an account and basic wallet management are free. Transactions may incur network fees (gas fees) which go to blockchain validators, not NexVault. Swap transactions have a small platform fee clearly displayed before confirmation.
We recommend enabling all security features: use a strong unique password, set up a transaction PIN, enable email verification, and never share your seed phrase with anyone. Always verify you're on the official NexVault website.
Yes, you can reset your password using your registered email address. However, if you lose your seed phrase, there is no way to recover your wallet. Always store your seed phrase securely offline.
